PART A: 25% for business report (submit as group) 2000 words Write a 2500-word business report (as a group) that evaluates how diversity in leadership contexts may impact on processes and outcomes within a particular organisation.
Your report should include the following: a. Clear identification of a particular organisation that will hypothetically be the recipients of your group’s business report and presentation.
b. An indication of the scope of ‘diversity’ that will form the basis of the evaluation (e.g. gender diversity, ethnic/cultural diversity, diversity in general).

d. Consideration of the bigger issues informing this evaluation of diversity and leadership in this particular organisational setting (eg: context, industry, social and political influences).
