The developer has approached your Company on recommendation as a builder with the reputation for delivering these types of projects. The intention is to enter into a design and construct contract as soon as Council approves the DA, which is envisaged by the end of the month.
You are to act as the construction planner who is employed in-house by the builder.

The main objective is to prepare a tender construction programme for the building project, and explain each of your planning ideas/decisions. We are not concerned with budget or costs for this assignment. Your program timings inform the costing, not the other way around.
You will be working as a group of maximum 5 members and you choose your team members in week 1 and week 2.

It is important that you discuss and solve problems as a team. Further, provide continuity to the overall programme and written report. It is expected that there will need to be lateral thinking and research to solve problems.
